How fast is the shipping ?

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10 business days of its ship date in Asian-Pacific countries, and within 14 days of non Asian-Pacific countries.

(Due to the impact of Coronavirus on airline capacity, all international shipments are currently experiencing delays of up to 5 days.)

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. SIMON MO is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

We provide international free shipping from Oct 2020 until APRIL 2021 for any purchase on SIMON MO E-store.

Return /Exchange

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal. Returned items should be unused and the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. . This includes the original packaging and with all Designer labels and garment tags still attached and please note, return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the same merchandise.

We accept returns on all full price bags within 7 days of delivery receipt and please note that Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. SIMON MO is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once received, checked and approved. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

Please allow 30 working days for a refund to be processed.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. No price adjustments for prior purchases.

*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Can I change my shipping method ?

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
